Business experience
Adam has owned and run businesses for more than 20 years, leading teams of about 20 people with a wide range of skills. As the owner, he signed off on the spending, hired the people and lived with the results, so he understands the decisions business owners face.
Technical background
Adam holds a degree from the University of Sydney, where he studied maths, computer science, accounting and physics. He builds AI solutions himself rather than outsourcing them. Examples are on the Work page.
Approach
Every engagement starts with the business problem, then looks at your data, the tools you already use, and where a person should review the work. You deal directly with Adam. If a specialist is needed, he’ll say so and bring them in only with your agreement.
