Where to start.

For businesses of about 5 to 20 staff. AI for Owners comes first, then team training, then a build. The services page is how we work.

Projects are fixed scope. After handover there is a 2-week window to fix defects in that scope. Later changes or maintenance are arranged as a new small fixed-price job.

AI for Owners

A one-on-one session on your own week, with AI handling real tasks live.

01

AI for Owners

Owners who want to see AI on their own week before the team is involved

Email, quoting, reporting and admin fill the week, and it is not clear what AI would actually take on.

What’s included

  • We work through your email, quoting, reporting and admin.
  • You see AI handling real tasks from that week, live.
  • You stay in charge of what happens next.

Built in your accounts.

Natural next step. Team AI training, if you want the wider team to use what you tried.

A hands-on start for the people who do the work.

03

AI for your team

Owners who want the team using AI on real work, not sitting through a talk

Staff have tried a chatbot, or they have not, and nobody has agreed what is sensible to put in or where it would actually help.

What’s included

  • Up to about six people, working on real emails, quotes, notes or other jobs from the business.
  • A plain discussion of what to check before anyone relies on an output.
  • A one-page leave-behind: what we tried, and what is worth a proper build later.

Natural next step. An AI Kickstart, if you want a closer look after the workshop.

How a package runs

  1. 01
    Scope

A short call and a one-page scope: what is in, what is out, and how we will know it worked.

  2. 02
    Build

We build in your accounts and test it with your staff. Training is part of the rollout.

  3. 03
    Handover

We hand it over with a short guide, and show the people who will use it.

Your own software and usage costs, if any, are paid by you to those providers.

If one of these looks like the job, let’s look at it.
